Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when refunds and cancellations apply to purchases from TunerPro (a trading name of MMT Performance). It should be read alongside our Terms of Service. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

1. Software licences (one-time)

Because a software licence is a digital product supplied immediately, we ask you to review the product, live demo and specification before purchasing. Where a licence has not yet been issued or activated, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Once a licence key has been issued and the software delivered or activated, the sale is treated as complete and refunds are at our discretion, for example where the software cannot be made to work as described and we are unable to resolve the issue.

2. Managed hosting subscriptions

Managed hosting is billed as a recurring subscription. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period; we do not charge a cancellation fee. Setup fees and part-used billing periods are non-refundable except where required by law. On cancellation you can request an export of your data.

3. Gains API subscriptions

API plans are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable except where required by law or where we have materially failed to provide the service.

4. Credits

Prepaid credits purchased for use within a portal are non-refundable once redeemed. Unredeemed credit balances may be refunded at our discretion, subject to any processing fees, within a reasonable period of request.

5. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Raising a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the matter is investigated.

6. How to request a refund or cancellation

Email info@tunerpro.co.uk from the address on your account, including your order reference and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

7. Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer, you may have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including cancellation rights for digital content. Where those rights apply, they take precedence over this policy. Business customers contract on the basis of the Terms of Service.
